I had a mixed experience at Alia Premier KLCC. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers (which was a huge plus!). However, I found the room cleanliness lacking and had to request housekeeping for cleaning, which was done quite late. The breakfast was decent for the price but could have been warmer.

I had an okay stay at Alia Premier KLCC. The location was fantastic, super close to Suria KLCC and other key spots. However, my room had some serious cleanliness issues that I couldn't ignore, plus communication with the staff was a hassle. It's a mixed bag overall.

My Heritage King room was cozy, but cleanliness was lacking when I arrived. There were some trash bits left on the ground, and I found old blood spots under the sheets which were pretty disgusting. There's also no proper sound isolation since the bed was two singles pushed together, and the lack of amenities like extra pillows and toiletries was disappointing.
